So is Copag the only type of card to really use in the shuffletech? I recently acquired one, and I must admit, I dislike Copag as much as Bee from Walmart. For me, Copag is a shit card.

I thought any poker sized cards should work well? No?

I'm not even anywhere close to using mine, but I received it and gave it a few tries, and it shuffled Faded Spade and Fournier without issue.
Mine works without any jams with fournier and copag cards. (well after some hours there are very few minor jams, which the shuffletech can unjam by itself. If i use desjgn cards there many jams, which lots of them i have to unjam manually. I decided to only use copag and fournier because it seems to be the best fit, and i dont want to risk wearing down or breaking the mechanics.

I don’t mind Copag, but certainly not my first choice. I used new Desjgn cards last session without issue (a few jams that were easily corrected by the Shuffletech), but I’ve no long term experience with them yet.

I’ll keep using the Desjgns for the next few games and report back. Am keen to try KEMs as well, as they are by far my favourite cards to play with.
