Mine too is backed up, it's not at all about that. She just wouldn't do it (and that's after months of not answering my e-mails at all, and only after I called directly was I able to finally reach them). She tried to find every possible excuse for me being able to scam them so that I wouldn't be able to order from them. Never ever before had I been treated like a criminal that way, or seen such customer "service".Didn't have any problem with my UPS account number, phoned it in and they shipped but my account is backed up with a credit card number on UPS side.
