I believe Paulson inlays are randomly oriented. CPC inlays and spots are oriented the same way they are mocked up in the chip design tool. I specifically rotated the edge spots on my 2V12 chips by 90° and my 4D14 chips by 45°:

Long story short, after months of seeing so many nice chips. I finally decided my own semi custom set - 43 mm Aria Cards Mold cash set. After reaching @Johnny5 and got his kind permission, I asked Tina to produce my small order. And then I received the beautiful set today (just about 3 weeks through my mate's furniture container). Definitely love the card mold and the colours are nicer then I expected! Can't wait to get them on the table this weekend.
