I have to figure out a way to use these @LeGold dice!
For my games we usually play a game we just call "dice." The dice stay on the table and whoever is current dealer can initiate the side game. We usually play for between $1 - $10/person per game, depending on the group. Everyone gets 2 rolls to make their best poker hand (or really, Yahtzee hand as 5 of a kind plays). High hand wins the side game pot. On any given night we typically end up playing this somewhere between 5-10 times, I'd say.

I started adding custom dice to all my sets for this purpose and they are fantastic. My friends generally are more impressed with the dice than any of the chips.

Two way we use them.
1) shut the box
2) dice game - each player puts a determined amount in the pot. the goal is to get the lowest score possible adding up all the dice. Start with 5 dice. Each roll u lock in at least 1 die (with the lowest number). Once a die is locked in u can’t RE-roll it. You can lock up more than 1 dice if u want on any particular roll. 3 equals 0, all the other numbers are face value. So if u roll 3 3s and 2 1s, ur total score is a 2. If u roll 2 3s on the first roll u can lock them both in. Roll until you have locked in all 5 dice. Lowest score wins the pot. If two people tie, the pot doubles and everyone rolls again. Great game…….

Thanks for taking the time, guys. Don’t wanna be rude here, but it’s not doing it for me. I’m probably just not much of dice player. I enjoy yahtzee with the kids, but that’s about it. Still, some Carmel Casino dice would be really cool!

Ha, no offense taken. It's not for everyone and generally 1 or 2 people opt out of playing when we do this. This is something we always played for my cash games and it's fun, so it was just nice to have an excuse to order some of these dice.

Received today five jetons I bought on eBay a few days ago
They are from slovenian Casino Portoroz (click)
It's a small casino in slovenian resort town of Portoroz (in italian Portorose) not far from italian and croatian border. Its clientele comes mainly from Italy.

One of five jetons it's from an older batch. Its diameter it's slightly smaller and has a differente edge. Its serial number it's much smaller then others

These jetons have been used from about mid 70s up to switch to euro.
They are denominated in Italian liras and shows a rose (Portoroz means "Harbour of rose" in english, so the flower on jetons).
I yet had a 2000 jeton in my collection, but I was happy to add a few more. These jetons are very classy, you can see full series on ChipGuide

You can see in play in a french roulette from 1978 ... 1 million plaque it's also shown

3 man. We play it during every break also....

What's this 'use' you speak of?
Do we not just buy them as they are shiny and awesome? But literally have no use for other than to compliment the chips?
No.....just me?....
I have a question for @LeGold: what hurts more, stepping on a die or on a Lego (let’s say the worst Lego to step on)?
