At least they’re black tri moons

If they were blanks I’d try to ink stamp them with my money tree stamp
Nah, all these have those old stamps on them. Might be able to over stamp on the ones without foil. But it would take some fiddling.

Yeah I figured an ink stamp would look terrible over the hot stamps

Edit: still though. I should experiment on some CPC blanks, mostly out of curiosity

Isn't it awesome when you forget you bought something.. then something amazing shows up unexpectedly

Thanks @nlhenerd ! Cool chips!!

Also serious shout out to those that still think of other chippers! @justincarothers knew I was still hunting a rack of IG sex $25s and gave up his rack for the cause! You da Man Justin! Thank you soo much Sir!

Kind of a weird breakdown now on the IGs
(340) T25 sec
(360) T00 sec
(200) T500 sec
(100) T1000 sec
(40) T1000 pri
(80) T5000 pri
(20) T25,000 PRI

At least I can run some beautiful 16/16/6/5 starting stacks now.

Fun mail day... thanks Gents!

I keep hoping they will turn into IG $1ks, but it hasn't happened yet! Man they are purdy pinks! Congratulations brotha!!
Me too! I was planned to trade the IG sec. fracs for a frac with a simpler edge spot, but after receiving them I thought they were so nice I decided to keep and just use them as fracs, edge spot progression be damned!

Guessing Secondary $25, $100, Pri $1k are for a tourney set... but no $500s? Are you pro "skip 500 club?"

Also I had two racks of sec snappers but traded for these yellows.

The plan was to make them quarters... but we found the beautiful Blue tri moons, plus built the set to cover 2 tables,so we really needed (200) quarters. Now the yellows will be nickles for a micro single table. I love this line up!

There was a brief moment where I considered trying to put together a tournament set, but the reality is that I haven’t hosted a tournament in over 4 years now. :ninja:

The truth is, I didn’t know which lineup of chips I liked best, so I made sure to order enough of the denoms I need for a cash set and then play around and see what I liked best. In the end, I just really liked the primary lineup with the secondary snappers as fracs. I kept both $1s and will rotate using them in my games.

This is the final set I landed on in the end:

I’m on record as saying some strange things about edge spot progression, so grain of salt here. But I feel pretty strongly that fracs get an exemption from progression. You can have a perfectly logical, simple to complex progression from $1 on up, but have the biggest crayola box freak show circus frac ever and you’ll get no complaints from me. They’re fracs!

I disagree, we tried that with the Ash St.s with our SY set ans I couldn't do it..

So like many others I plan to use the $2s relabeled as fracs.... another one of those "get to it at some point" projects.

I mean it's not terrible... but I don't really need the $2s and they just work so much better as a frac here
