Thanks to @ReallyGoodUsername for helping me add to my TRK collection!! I still can’t believe I have these gems! Upon request, Tom opened up a candy store of chips to buy. Can’t wait to get them displayed and on the wall. Many many thanks!

While not a glamorous set of chips compared to most others, I am thrilled to have found a few different people with some and they all arrived safely from different states. Used in a mini tourney set , big enough for 4 players, using $1's as T1k and $5's as T5k. I may have Gear make me some new labels on the 1's and 5's but they do the trick as is :)

Yuuuge package today after a long wait. The TI St. Maarten chips have always been my favorite full casino lineup, as well as the King Intl $5k being my favorite blue chip, so I knew it would be a perfect fit at the custom $5k slot and @JeepologyOffroad brought that to life. Also @Himewad is the GOAT for everything he's done for myself and others, thank you!

Not exactly the news I want to see when I'm expecting a delivery within the next 24 hours.

Typing this on my phone so I see things didn't go through. Went to UPS.com and was greeted with this.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Sticker Mule. I’ve found them to be a great source of labels for my overlabel project with a 1 week turn around time, great bulk pricing, and no spinners (using the chips below). They also gave me bottles of hot sauce and plenty of stickers in excess of what I ordered. Credit to @dmoney for pointing me in their direction. There is a referral code he can give so both you and he can receive a $10 credit on your first order.

Let’s start with a splashed pot pic.

I started with their stickers which are thicker and definitely not a good choice for overlabeling. Plus they left a residue layer I had to alcohol and scrape off. Their default size is 1 inch diameter (25.4mm).

I switched to their “label” version that’s thinner and comes in sheets.

After some trial and error I found the following combinations that worked out really well for the chips I’m using.

$100 chip- RPC T100k IHC. Sticker size 28mm (1.1 inch).

$25 chip- Jack Detroit watermelon $25 RHC. Sticker size 27mm. Missed that rack of LE $25 THC!

$5 chip- CDI 98 $5 THC. Sticker size 23mm (0.9 inch).

$1 chip- Paris $1 THC. Sticker size 23mm (0.9 inch).

Pics are attached showing the fit over the inlay and barrels of overlay (basically there is no gapping and no spinners).

Of note they crop the outer 1/16 inch of your design as shown below.

Thanks for the shoutout - glad they work for you. They've been excellent for me as well. Although I might not have shared my referral link with you if I knew you were overlabeling CDI98 $5s though! :ROFLMAO:

I saved my 3 pinkest racks (left) for the CDI set. These are my 3 slightly less pink racks (middle).

Plus these labels seem like they come off similar to Gear labels so hopefully no harm no foul. Also CDI 98 $5s weren’t what I started this project with but @doublebooyah85 made a very compelling argument.

Worst case @Josh Kifer gets a package in the mail from me.
