Grabbed this for literally $.50 plus shipping on eBay. 43mm house mold, with what looks like an embossed inlay of some kind? Anybody have any more info on this? Just a souvenir? View attachment 1018253View attachment 1018252
I've got one of these too. It's interesting. I found mine on Facebook marketplace and it wasn't too much so I just grabbed it for no real reason. I haven't been able to find much info on it, but chip in lucite and I don't think they ever made an actual chip like that.

I mean it's definitely a Paulson house mold chip. Does yours have a different serial number on it?

Nice add on to my tourney set project, thanks @flipupchipup. Still looking for more if anybody has some, specifically the Plum ones or the elusive Gray or pink ones.

To me that looks like a chip whose top layer has been removed. The little mark at 3 o'clock position on the butterfly side looks like where they dug in the tip of a knife. Also the fact that you can see "WYNN WYNN WYNN" all over the face of the other side? That's the remnant of UV ink, which isn't visible normally, but you can see it sometimes when the top layer of an inlay is pulled off. (I've seen it before, not on Wynn chips, but on other chips that have UV markings all over them.)

Some amazing chips I was able to retrieve today, with the help of special friends like @Gear and @Pippa , many thanks guys!

I have been degening and buying odd racks of chips that caught my attention recently. Not sure where I’m headed with them, but suffice it to say, I will be a happy hoarder.

Thanks to @Potsie1 for my Thanksgiving DB, and my PCF pen and paper from @Tommy . Super cool!

On to some chipes..I honestly can’t believe nobody wanted these for $225. These leaded beauts are sharp AF, and rather pretty in person. I’ll dream of finding a use for them. Hoard the lead for unforeseen future endeavours. :) Thanks @ekricket

Got this rack of super crisp and delicious radiant red Century fracs. Wicked chips. Not sure how I’ll apply them to a set, but these things are sexy AF…shout out to @ReallyGoodUsername ..Tom threw in a setup of Paulson playing cards (which I don’t have in my collection)!!! What a pleasant surprise man! Many many thanks….

And finally, I was able to get my greedy little hands on a rack of the IG sec $100s!!! These things will need a bath, but they are UNREAL ! Will replace the primary in my set. Perhaps I’ll keep both versions. Such nice chips! Thanks to @suited67 on this one. He reached out and replied to my wanted ad.

I received a surprise from @Jonstro in the mail! We collaborated on a really cool Lady Liberty tribute 3D printed DB holder, and Jon send me this amazing gift! Of course, I love the DB and the Lady Liberty cut card. I always love getting things that go with what I print. But along for the ride were 2 Lucky 21 $100 chips! Jon saw a post of mine about never being able to snag any, and he included a hand-written letter about how these were some of the first chips he ever acquired on his chipping journey.

I know that PCF has its share of feuds and scammers... but stuff like this is why PCF exists and why we're all here together ... I keep these hand-written items. I never throw them out. And whenever anyone wonders why I dedicate so much time here, I have lots and lots of examples.

Edit: not pictured here is a CDM T200 (the gold and blue one) that was an inspiration for the color theme of the DB holder. I was so excited to get that since I never have had that Paulson color before, that I put it in an air-tite immediately and forgot to take a picture.

Wish I had more to send, but was the least I could do since you use the term "collaborated" so loosely.

If you have any Lucky 21 $100's to spare hit up @BearMetal so we can help an awesome chipper finish his mixed house mold set.

It has been a long time since I posted anything here and I do have a decent amount to post. I will start with the most recent. 201 Black solid THC with a single capital "T" hot stamped. The chips are in marvelous shape and they stack like bricks. Lots of cross hatching, lots of striations (best work I could think of), and still very chalky. Maybe it's just dust as they are supposedly from the 1930's. They will be going up for sale as they do not match my charcoal grey solids.

Going back in time to earlier this fall when I had the opportunity to visit friends in WA state. Brief rundown includes:
CPC colour sample set from @upNdown that my wife wanted if she can find the time to help members work out custom designs and colours.
39 Day Green starbursts from @Sicembears which are in perfect shape and will probably join my solids set as a $25. Not sure yet.
100 mint HSI primary$1 chips from @VMR911. I haven't even unpacked them as I don't know what to do with them yet.
And last my first set of true casino dice won in an auction. They are fantastic and I may have a problem now as I have quite a few more coming.

Nice grab on those

Wha... where did those pop up from? Nice but stay away from my $5's.... :ninja:

Haha, I found your previous post when I was trying to figure out what these were.

Don't suppose you have any extra $1's you don't need? I need 10 more to make a barrel.
