So this is what the recent selloff was about. And no, I’m not selling any of these, I’m a buyer of 5x more to complete the barrel.

Family picture coming some other time. Got to give daddy some attention first.

Had some poker size cut cards made previously, so I got some bridge size to go with them. Awesome!

A lot of the fun are the side pots as well. We have 3 pots. At setup, everyone pays $1 into each pot. Then the cards get dealt out. One pot is for whoever gets the best poker hand. The 2nd pot is the jockey purse for whoever rolls the winning horse over the finish line. Then there is the main pot that grows during the race with the scratched horse rolls (.25, .50, .75, and $1). We also have a $1 penalty if a dice goes off the table. Pretty fun watching drunks try and roll on the table... lol.

Anyway, horseracing is pretty fun.

Been dying to read about this and understand the hype, or go to a game that uses it. Looks like a lot of people love it, but I know nothing about it. Maybe I should research that instead of doing actual work today..

Oh trust me I’ve looked through it and I blame that thread for this purchase and a serious case of fomo after seeing how fun it looked. Always looking for different games to add for my group and this looked like something everyone would enjoy

I saw that, like any game it seems cumbersome to pickup without experiencing it first from a veteran. I wish there were some PCF games around here I could learn some mixed games from, lonely life here in southern ma.
