The Official Unofficial Chip Hoard Showcase Thread of PCF! (4 Viewers)

I couldn’t manage to get all my chips on the table, but I did a “grail garden” photo shoot today, putting some of the more desirable sets all together on one table. The picture includes:

- Lakeshores
- Binion’s WSOP (Paulson)
- RVCLs
- Cocaine Giraffes
- Starlite Cruises
- upper-denom Jacks
- Nevada Lodge / Nevada Cub
- Some individual rarer racks

Definitely qualifies for this thread!” An amazing hoard of quality chips!!!

Since I had some extra time today, and have recently cleaned and oiled some new acquisitions, I decided to take an updated family shot of the Bond-related chips. Still missing about 7-8 racks incoming, but I don't think that part will be complete before spring (at the earliest).

1. The overview:

P1110609.JPG

2. Custom ceramic (OWPS), used for Blackjack and Baccarat. Had some early dealer/blind buttons made to test them out. A few original CDI paper cards and dice.

P1110610.JPG

3. The tournament chips. Goal is for 7 tables, T25 base T10K, about 85% there, only about 250-300 chips short. Can also do a few tables of T100 base as well.

P1110611.JPG

4. The cash chips. No set goals. Denoms $25 and above use shaped labels (while tournament set all round). Still to add 2 racks of inlay-replaced nickels because, apparently, I hate money.

P1110612.JPG

5. The roulette chips. All solid THC milled to take a 15/16" laminated inlay. Art will be finalized and likely ready to print early in the New Year for the majority of these. 2 full sets of 6 players (with 7th player expansions accounted for).

Future planned additions to this family: CPC/MSK Casino Royale customs (in design stages, seeking opinions in thread), dedicated MSK baccarat plaque set.

This is not truly a horde shot because it doesn't include the Grouse Mountains (cash), the Jack roulette (to be sold), the Jack tournament (to be sold), the Imperial Plaza (tournament), the Big Easy (cash), the Sun-Fly Prestige blanks (cash), the Bravo's (curiosity), the Primadonna TRKs (curiosity), and the BOLO project (curiosity).

Bravo!!!

I feel honored to own the chips that I do, and my collection is definitely small potatoes compared to most of you, but I am still growing this collection, just might take me a bit more time! Lol Either way, here are my sets.

Very cool - and I love the optimism!

Each shelf has a set and the sample chips... except the bottom shelf AS chips - for now...

you are moving at a fantastic pace brother! Remember many of these guys have been collecting for years. Some have kids and other obligations, some are retired... some of us are just stupid and living very poor because of our addition to this hobby (definitely my category). Do not try to "keep up with the Joneses" buddy!! This thread is amazing but can also be demoralizing to noobs, pave your own road and enjoy your journey!!

The chips are amazing, look amazing in that awesome display case, and you should be proud of what you have already accomplished!!! Two thumbs way up! Keep on chipping

I do wish to add a set of those to that level, sometime in the near future! Thanks for the compliments.

Thanks so much brother. I fall into the category of being addicted with a kid, and priorities do take over most of the finances. I guess I am still young in my chipping career with nearly 3 years into this crazy world! I love the community and the great individuals you meet along the way. I don’t think I am going anywhere anytime soon. :)

I tend to favor the AS chips over the BTP atm, ;)
The AS HS tourney chips are definitely my favorite of all the boat chips! They are simply next level... I had a chance last Christmas to play the BTP tourney set and man what a treat it was!! Didn't make the final table and the higher denom chips but man it was cool! Hopefully next time they hit the felt I can spend a little more time with them in front of me!! Lmao

It would be amazing to see a set of both of these in person!

woah where did u get the acrylic chip cases? these look sick
That’s how they were shipped to me. They are cheap fishing lure/storage boxes I had to pay extra for. Several cracked during transport.

Got any of these available still? :D

They were mostly sold off as limit sets to members here. I kept a 700 chip set for myself.

When your a die hard poker player and haven’t played in 11 months what do you do...play with your chips!
