Current state of my mixed set. Still not sure of the $25. Would have liked to get the Celebration $25’s today but I was busy playing (and losing unfortunately) to remember to bid.

Finally I made a decision, that my MGM Grand LV set should be a tourney set. The AS chips can be used as 10$ & 20$ or 25$ and 100$. I simply couldn't resist to use these to expand the set. Now I am looking for a second rack of minty 5's. The first rack took 1,5 years...

PS: Our cash games are more like 5c/10c - some of you I am pretty sure would use this breakdown as a cash set for sure...

The LCOs just arrived. Now thinking about a new $5. While i love the Casino Nacionales, they are deffinitey casino used, and i'd like something closing in condition to the rest of the chips. Thinking of Claim Stakes, Silver Palace, or Casino De Isthmus $5s.

The Claim Stakes are killer. Some of my favorite $5s out there.

to be honest, I would prefer to stick to the vegas color schema

Here's my vote... alternates 1/8 with 1/4 spots, continues the bright colors, and not terribly unobtainable.

or maybe this - shaped inlay and echos the pink quarter. But you'd be repeating a casino in a mixed set if that matters to you.

But this is really the one I'd be on the hunt for. Shaped inlay, echos the colors in the other chips. But probably a very tough get.

Those Monte Carlo $2s are sweet but they don’t fit in that set IMHO. Not old school enough.
