Tiger Claw Set - Win via Las Vegas Roulette Spin! (3 Viewers)

A cigar forum I used to participate on did these a lot, at one point several times a day. Was great for sellers, became very gambley very quick. On a forum of degens....

Ooof can of worms. Market so volatile and so many folks exist purely to make a dollar.

I guess if there were stringent rules, buyer beware, and something like the numbers of lottery being used I could see it maybe work.

That being said, I’d still be in on every single one  :ROFLMAO: H*ll, I wish I could join this one!

ugh, urge to gambol rising

I would assume that if the numbers don’t fill and the ball lands on an unfilled number that we would spin again until a taken number is hit…
Either way, this is awesome. Looking forward to it…

I think that's why he wants 38 players ideally.

Friday is seusville, Saturday is birthday party, Sunday heading to Nevada with fam.

With pretty packed schedule, looking to have this wrapped up by Friday (the contestants payments, etc.).
Will you let us know when it is time to pay? Ty
I’ll shoot out messages to everyone for payment when we hit 30 folks.

Correctamundo! It’d be great to be full obviously, but if we’re short 1-8 slots and one of those hits, of course we just keep the feed going and the next spin determines winner.

If for some reason we don’t reach 30 folks,

1) we’ll cancel this and I won’t collect any money

2) the site name should be changed to chipforum.com because poker would insinuate people gambol

3) I still plan on heading to the strip for one spin for cash bets. I’ll live stream for fun, and whichever number hits will get a free surprise. Because fun is fun.

Pretty sure we can firmly say we're not going to double our entries in a day and a half.

Would've been cool to run, but this prob makes my wife happier on vacay not having to do this and saves me a bunch of money. Win Win!

I would have played if the prize was a set that wasn’t commercially available. It’s like an auction for a random 2015 playboy magazine. Everybody’s seen it.
The design and colors are great, but there is a tad bit of tiger overload going on I think. I wish we had a separate classified section just for tigers.

100%. These are just the only chips I had to even attempt a raffle with.
  • Tiger claws already with cash labels commercially available from $9.78 to $10.57 a chip.

  • Market price for these based on this month's prices and instasells, surprisingly not bad at $9.25 a chip.

  • Dependent on # of entries, this was going out the door between $7.22 a chip and $9.16 before adding in some freebies/addons. I figured noone cares much about the chips, but maybe if it's a solid price they'd just toss a hat in.
Hey, free lesson learned by me! Onto cooking up the next fever dream!

Lol, the chips are cool but I was 100% in for the gamble!! I think if the price point was a bit lower you'd get more interest ($50-$75).
For sure 100%. I think the gambol is the point and imagine that almost every person "in" was in for fun, which is why I tossed it up the day after we failed getting the other gambol off the ground.

Chatting offline with peeps, we all agreed price point was way, way too high for just a sh*ts & giggles flip. Just really liked the live roulette aspect, so constrained a bit on entry price by total # of available numbers.

Was worth a shot, no harm no foul. Thanks for trying.

Do I hafta think if everything?

You're in Vegas multiple days, right? Big Spin is on Saturday for $150. Friday is a $20 satellite into the Big Spin (1 Big Spin number awarded for every 8 satellite entries).

If raffulls were allowed, that's how I'd do it.
