Most that keep it as NCV use it as a frac that could change given the stakes. 5 cents / 10 cents / quarter

Ok that makes sense. I figured that had to be the case. Must be rarer to use them as ncv though. Feel like it would be annoying to have a whole set of nicely labeled chips and then some random ones lol.
