found this wooden case on eBay--just the right size and contacted the seller and negotiated a price. He relisted it with all my parameters of the deal but didnt tell me. I was seeing patients and signed on and saw that it was sold. Apparently I negotiated a great deal....for someone else.
He contacted eBay who told him that he was obligated to the buyer.
Insult to injury--on the new ad that he listed "for me" he actually puts my eBay name in the ad.
Dang.

( anyone here grab it? its a 600 chip oak case with a wooden tray)

I emailed the seller to not ship it yet pending on what you want to do. If you want to contact him and let him know what's up, its cool with me to have him ship directly to you, and you just reimburse me.

I'm glad you like them cause i miss the hell out of them hahah. I quit chipping for a good 2 months...sold the pnys and my trk rounders...immediate remorse set in...and was satisfied by the Horseshoe tourney set i just picked up. This case was for those =T

Oh and thanks for donating those 50c charcoals to links charity. It feels like I contributed haha

I added some motor city quarters. I enjoy the PNY'S as much as my customs

I had the same thing happen to me on another auction site. I had already bought on auction from him, and it wasn't cheap. I made an offer, to combine and he agree. Only the seller didn't agree to me in email. He just the changed the auction, the 3 minutes later, he send me an email. Too late! You just can't fix stupid. But as we've seen above, you can correct it.

What are the odds that a member here bought that case, then saw this post, then stepped up. The latter is not much of a surprise, but the first two...
