I wanted to upgrade from Majestics to Paulsons for my tournament set, so I started the process in February/March of selling one set and building the other. Thanks to @TheChipRoom @juankay20 @BearMetal and @BirdCage I was able to put together the breakdown below on RHC solids in conditions ranging from good to very good+. It's enough for 20 players at 8/8/4/7/x or 13 players at 12/12/5/6/x with up to 20k starting stacks with rebuys and color ups all accounted for - thanks also to @BGinGA among others for many posts on starting stacks and chip management when building a set. This thread from @Legend5555 was also very helpful.

Top Hat Tournament Poker
5 x 100 +3 spares
25 x 160 +4 spares
100 x 160 +4 spares
500 x 80 +4 spares
1000 x 180 +2 spares
5000 x 60 +1 spare
25,000 x 20 +4 spares
Bounty/Seating x 20 (one side is the logo, the other side has seats 1-10 in red or black)

For the design, I wanted to pull in the iconic Top Hat and mimic the WSOP logo. @timinater delivered exactly what I was looking for, and @Gear's labels are excellent as always.

All told, I'm really happy with how the set turned out! I was able to upgrade to a super-flexible Paulson solids tournament set with great colors (IMO, at least) that was also quite budget friendly. I hope my fellow PCFers enjoy these are much as I do!

Very nice. Did you do overlabels or inlay removal?

Also, what chip was the seating chip originally?

The t1k were fully de-labeled when I bought them, everything else is label over. The hotstamps were smooth enough to not cause any issues with the labels.

The bounty/seating chip is a Horseshoe Southern Indiana t500.

Um, you said what now?

They were sent to another user by mistake I think. They offered them to me in response to my wanted ad for a barrel of bounty/seating chips.

The backstory:
I mocked up and was going to re-label HS Cincy $5s initially, but once I got a sample label on I didn't like them in the lineup and went looking for something better. I'm really happy with how it turned out!

The red isn't bad - I liked that I'd likely also be giving $5 bounties for some tournies I would run. But it didn't feel as vibrant to me with all the other bright colors. The purple chip adds two colors (purple/white) that weren't in the set before and fits better color-wise, IMO. And it has more spots to further distinguish it from the solids - where the red could look like a solid from some angles.

1000BB super deep stack?
LFG!!!

It was really just a way to get all the chips into one stack for a photo. But I just checked it against my structure and I think 10 players with 20 minute levels would run about 7 hours, which might be playable/desirable for a Tournament of Champions/Bigger Buy In/Marathon event.

All possible, but highly unlikely I’d ever actually play it. Maybe me and @Rbonus012 will host a Central PA meetup and use this for the finale!

You better not tempt me with a good time. I will travel a short 3ish hour drive to enjoy the company!
