Blackjack tournamentI’m pretty sure what I’m trying to buy but I am curious why a snapper tournament “ncv” $2.50 chip even exists. Same goes for the 1 NCVs. Anyone got any info? Did they actually use these for tournaments?

And they probably used those NCV chips for internal dealer training on a wide variety of table games.
I also have seen some casinos use NVC chips to "teach" customers how to play various casino games. "Learn how to play craps. Right here at 6pm!" And stuff like
