Received this a week ago. First dedicated table I've owned (I've been using the Slowplay 10 player mat for many years), and I'm feeling a bit... mixed...

Note that I only bought the "Elite" version because it has been the only one in stock in the UK for well over 6 months, and this table appealed to me way more than any others I've seen - plus it said (it still says, in fact) it would ship "first week in December". It didn't... it shipped towards the end of the 3rd week in December, and there was little to no communication from the distributor (unless I chased).
Overall, the quality of the table is excellent - the folding and locking mechanism is brilliant, it's spacious, the legs and feet are fantastic, as are the locking wheels, and it's very sturdy (barely any wobble when locked out). These are all the things I chose this table for.
Now, the "bad" parts... if you've already looked at the pics, you might already have guessed most of these:
* The table has a 5 inch scratch on it, out of the box.
* The mat was crushed inside the box (the cardboard tube is flat at one end), and is wrinkled and indented beyond reprieve. I've left it flat for a week, and tried ironing it (with a tea towel between the mat and the iron), but it's still pretty wrinkled, and the indentations have not really gotten any better.
* There is a missing bolt for one side of the underside locking mechanism.
* The cup holders are not fit for purpose - only one type of glass we have in the house actually fits in there without falling over (a gin glass with a stocky bottom). It won't fit standard UK pint glasses, tumblers, wine glasses, or scotch glasses, and we don't own any thin highball glasses. God knows why the two-tier design was decided on when a flat bottom would have been much more appropriate?
* The table surface is extremely smooth - meaning that the mat moves about on it without much effort. The grip on the underside of the mat doesn't seem to be suitable for this finish. Hoping this won't be as much of a problem when chips and players are on the mat, though... but still not great.
As you can imagine, I've emailed the supplier about everything except the last point. Am I wrong to expect more for a £2800 table (£1600 in the "sale")?
Overall, I do like the table a lot, but I'm expecting them to resolve all of the above before I'm willing to accept it. I may be sending it back depending on their response (hoping they're about on Monday).
