I was going through some old collectibles, and from what I can tell I think I might have a first issue Trump Plaza $25 chip here, is that right? How rare are first issue chips like this typically?

I don't know any details about 1st issue, etc. but I can say that likely the hottest this chip will ever be is right now if you pop it on eBay. One just like yours sold for $449. I can't imagine it's actually worth anything close to that, but you might get lucky going into the election. Another sold a few weeks ago for $85.
