I am trying to pick a $100 chip to go with this lineup..

The plan is to relabel the chips as a tribute chip to this...

The closest thing out there seems to be this....

My main concern with the Aztars though, is that they may be a bit too bright. The set has a very pastel feel to it, and I don't want the $100s to overpower the rest of the set. Maybe that's not a concern???

For now I'm giving this a try....

These seem to fit the set well, but I'm not sure how they will look relabeled as Excaliburs.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

A charcoal $100 would fit well with this pallet you have going. If there is such a thing.

Actually, I just remembered the ESP T100s are a charcoal shade but those spots are way too bright.

Casino de Mexico $100s are Showboat Grey -- the color is in-between standard Grey and Charcoal, it has a similar spot pattern to the Excaliber/Aztar chips, and is a lot easier to find than any of the others.

I considered the CDI but am not fond of the spot colors. The orange is a bit too orange for my taste and the chocolate spots get lost. For a cheaper alternative I am seriously looking at the Scandia $100s.

The Casino de Mexico looks like an interesting possibility. I wish it were a little darker but I may have to get a sample to try.

Since all your other chips have 1/8 spots, I wouldn't put something with 1/4 spots if I was building a set like that. The EPs look pretty good to me!

That's part of the debate I'm having with myself. Accuracy of the tribute chip versus what blends best with the set.

Palm Beach Cruise Line (4V 418). Unless it's ultra rare and expensive - I don't know; or not mint ( I guess the rest in your set are mint / near mint).
Empress Joliettes are also beautiful, but I don't know if they can be found easily in mint/near-mint condition.
PCA secondaries are ultra-fine and mint; expensive also.
