UK chip sets (2 Viewers)

Well, the original design was adapted (by the designer) from a toruney set into a cash game one. I was keen to use all 6 of his designs and thought that if I get a 50p chip then when/if the game grows to 0.50/1 I can use those........in retrospect, whilst they are fun to use, they are not needed at all! The whites are much more distinctive from the blacks than the greens, therefore easier to tell bet sizing etc.

If I was buying again and using a different design, I would get 125x £0.25p, 125x£1, 200x£5, 50x£25 and some £100 plaques as this would be sufficient. shame also that the coolest chip, the £100, isn't seeing any play in my game atm!

Love your PNY chips. I hardly see the orange $1000 chips. I only know one person who ones a few of them. Do you know how much they made of the 1000 $ chips. I´m still deciding ... either continue to put together a PNY set, or keep on adding on to my St. Joe`s Frontier set.

Wow...that is a lot of info. Thanks for the link. Poker Chips are hard to get here in Germany. Almost nobody ships to Europe.... Most of them are US shipping only.

A lot of people will ship to Europe and there are other helpful people who will reship as well. Just ask around.

Pokershop.de is where I got my ceramics and they are based near Germany I think. I can't recommend Josef who runs the place enough. Bent over backwards to accommodate my wishes etc. I would recommend giving them a look.

Thanks, I have bought from them before, mostly all my other Poker stuff. They are based in Austria , and shipping isn`t to bad. But its hard to get some Paulson chips. But I`m new to the Forum, and I hope to have a good time here, and meet some nice People. Worked out pretty good so far:)

Cheers mate. They go really well with the Paris $1 chips.

I’ve added another 2 racks of singles (can’t be arsed digging them out for another photo :ROFL: :ROFLMAO: ).

We tend to play 6 max games so now everyone can start with 2 racks each if they want.
