Yeah I assumed hard no as well. It's strange this was said because I tried to sneak in an addition of a solid frac to my customs a couple weeks ago and was flat out told no.

I thought if the CSQ mold was gonna be running for a while that I might be able to get it in on the end or something, but no diceYeah I assumed hard no as well.
I hope I didn't open a can of worms.I thought if the CSQ mold was gonna be running for a while that I might be able to get it in on the end or something, but no dice

CSQwhat mold?
CPC chips are strange. Sometimes they'll fit sometimes they won't. I have some csqs that are in the 39 mm capsules but some won't fit. The H40s from Jps (that's who I always get mine from they ship fast) will likely fit everything. I have a bunch because I collect silver too and they're for silver eagles.Hey gang... I had ordered a case of 39mm coin capsules for chips off of eBay and they work great for Paulsons and my cards mold but apparently my CPCs are too large. I have used these same ones for CPC Scrown and they fit, but not CSQ. Can anyone recommend an option for some that definitely fit CPCs (CSQ)? Preferably Amazon so I can get them quick.

They are, along with the lcrowns.Interestingly enough I use your $5 as a card capper and I think I have it in an airtite without the foam ring, but I am pretty sure CPC Scrowns are notably smaller than any of the other molds.
Depends on color availability also. Not necessarily the mold. They have to prep the clayIt's strange this was said because I tried to sneak in an addition of a solid frac to my customs a couple weeks ago and was flat out told no.
He never asked the color. He just said noDepends on color availability also. Not necessarily the mold. They have to prep the clay
Well, maybe he doesn’t like you!!He never asked the color. He just said no
That's normally how it goes for me....Well, maybe he doesn’t like you!!
Making long term plans is good.Just a taste. So far these things are better than I imagined.

I found scrowns and lcrowns to be the smallest as well. Diasqr was also small, but larger than the crowns. Everything else (csq/A/HHR/jockey) was a bit larger. The difference between the crowns and (csq/A/HHR/jockey) was about 0.8-0.9mm by my measurements. They are, along with the lcrowns.

Separately, I have a theory that this contributes the most to scrown, lcrown, and diasqr weighing the least among cpc molds (depth and size of mold impressions also being another contributor). There is simply less material. You would think 0.8mm is negligible, but given how area of circles work, 39.6mm vs 38.8mm leads to 4% less clay, which is the difference between a 9.0g chip and a 9.4g chip. With CPC's being as light as they are, I think this is not negligible.

Gosh, seems like an eternity ago that we were debating the colors on this chip. They turned out great!Just a taste. So far these things are better than I imagined.
