Starting a new thread to bump the two old ones on these topics.

We are getting a bit light on orders again, which makes efficiency tough.

We got through a lot more orders/molds than I anticipated during the summer (which is usually a bit slower for various reasons like vacations and working temperatures).

As a result we have just started on HHR (which will be a long run, so might still be time to squeeze in a few orders at the end).
On the other press Diecard is just finishing and will be followed by Scroll and then BDiamond (which you may also be able to squeeze in on).

Aside from that all I have in line is a few orders on Hourglass & Hmold and an 'early' Large Crown order.

So installation order is going to pretty much be dictated by orders placed from now. Everything is up for grabs including molds only recently finished and many of the timelines I estimated for people over the last few months are likely to be shorter than I predicted. I've reached out to a number of customers to explain this but may have missed a few.

Please email me (rather than PM) if you have anything in the works - I need to get more orders on board or else I can't keep everyone fully utilised.

Feel free to advertise your hot stamping abilities here!
Will do. Wrapping up the set you sent me this weekend and revealing at DiD, so that might get ya a couple. :)

And if few sets I've done for others should hit the showcase soon. Might get a few ideas flowing on some members ..

Thanks David for this update :)
Waiting for B-Mold with an order placed. I wish I could do more now because I have some other pending projects… But my pockets are empty at the moment  .
I hope to get back to you before the end of the year ;)

There have been many of us talking about wanting to have 44mm all in, bounty, show ‘em, rebuy, and rabbit hunt chips. Perhaps you could do a run of them and make them an option to purchase on your website. I’m sure we could come up with a design.

We'd have to have a good amount of pre-sales to justify making $2000 worth of chips (would have to be 100 of each minimum) as the profit margin is pennies so we'd need to sell most to break even unless people would be willing to pay $10 a go or something.

I have a CSQ set I've been working on. I just need to finish the artwork for the inlays which I've been dragging on. I know it may be a while before that mold gets in, but I can try to at least get the order in as soon as possible if it will help things along.

Anything helps because we can start on it. At any point there is clay being made for multiple orders, parts being punched for multiple orders, multiples orders in different stages of assembly etc. so some orders will start many months out if they are ready to.

Anybody else (besides poor me) considering a 44mm full set? Or add-on?

I plan to use Mr. Kifer's stamping services on a CSQ set but am not prepared to order until early next year. I'm currently in "design hell" though and my designer has yet to get me a first draft of anything.
Protip - You should order by Dec to miss any increases for the new year. You can generally not have the inlay done and be good to go.

Hmmmmm
Order a chips without inlay and send to @Josh Kifer ?????

I'll be placing an order before the new year. Just received my color samples and have some work to do!

Any recommendations out there for inlay designers? I’m thinking about a custom cash set on CSQ mold for about 800 chips. Although I’m a bit poor at the moment and need to figure out how to pay for it. How much do inlay designers typically charge?

Not sure if he's still doing inlay design but @p5woody helped me with my inlays for my first CPC set... (shown as my avatar). Always happy with his work.

Reach out to David via CPC email. He may be able to recommend designers.

That's exactly what I did after the first call. David was so kind that he even helped me pay for them in installments from PayPal. I only adjusted a few details along the way and didn't bother him with little things anymore. I ordered on December 13, 2023 and received the first half of the package only the day before yesterday... But damn, it was worth every cent!!!!!!!!!! Even taking into account the expensive shipping and 19% of the order amount for customs duties!
The CPC color palette has long been approaching Paulson, and the prices are significantly lower if we compare with the new mint Paulson.

Whoa...you just received HHR chips? I like your whole assortment and that "taste the rainbow" chip looks great!
