We look pretty similar here - just a slightly thinner layer I think - tips of long grass blades still peeking out in places.

My kids been running in and out of the house all day long! They are having a blast. It’s 28 here and doesn’t look to get above freezing for a couple days so they can enjoy.

No, they are here the same time very year. I live on fairly shallow water, they are looking for mice, fish, whatever other fauna that might be hanging around.
