That is because DNS is not setup correctly. thechipvault.com is not redirecting to www.thechipvault.com.That is very concerning

good catch.. I don't see a difference when using chrome here
It could be that thechipvault.com is pointing to the admin site (it seems to go to a setup version of the auction site) which your login is already cached (so you don't get the prompts to login everyone else does). My best guess.
