New to this. I kind of like the Dunes and Taj from Apache, but I cant help feeling like a knockoff guy using these.

On the other hand, the plain chips can get a bit boring. Get the dice feeling from them.

CPC Atlantic Club - fake casino, how many Atlantic clubs we got out there?

BR Poker has some cool designs, but some can get a little too busy. The Romans seem pretty neat and organized.

So it goes.

I'll upgrade my dice one day.

If it's for personal use at home games, and it is made in no-mold, I don't see the harm as it would never pass as a real casino chip.
As an example, people have their favorite LV casino, and if they want to have the actual chips, a set of 600 will cost a small fortune. Now a replica in no-mold is a an afforfdable option to make a home poker room a casino theme. It would never pass for an actual casino chip, so I don't see why some get so uptight about it.
Some replicas are life like, so I can see where these could be passed for a real chip, so it could be an issue. There are a variety of opinions on this, as seen another thread.

And be careful if you replicate a casino chip, to some you may be considered "lazy".

You should start off with a rack of Paris $1's. I know an auction that ends soon where you can get them ;)

Some great advice that you’ll hear often…get samples. Get what you like and what’s in your budget. Don’t be swayed by what others say or buy.

The Atlantic club are very nice chips, if you like clay chips and don‘t want to mess with the design process.

I've got Apache, BRPro, and Classic samples incoming.

Lots of great resources here, thank you everyone.

I couldnt figure out how to multi quote this.

I don't think I'm eligible for the auction yet, those look cool. Which leads to another question...

is it more normal to get racks as samples or the standard sample 1-per-denom packages? The latter is what I've ordered.
