Jockey Mold fake casino hotstamp Fractionals - Group Design and Group Buy (2 Viewers)

What are your thoughts on the El Rancho Hotel without a location?
I would most likely do one like that since it has a casino name associated with it. The Silver Shoe could also work. Those two sound more like a "Casino" Name in my mind over any of the other names. I do like the font that was recommended in an earlier post. That would look nice!

I will keep checking in to see where this is heading because I do have some interest.

@David O, what denom were you thinking of getting if the El Rancho chip moves forward? I'm open on my preferences, so I'll vote whichever denom you are looking for because I want to see that one get made.

I am most likely out with a "saloon" or "taver

if I were to order any my preference would be quarters since I cannot remember the last time I played or hosted a game with smaller fracs although it never hurts to have them on hand!

that looks pretty good, I think the NON all caps looks better IMO (A)

I'll see if I can find a number font similar to the RRP's

@RowdyRawhide Style E added to the Two Bit Saloon. Regarding the all caps... this font didn't have lowercase, instead it utilized small caps.

I'm not sure I understand how you're doing this, because each "casino" has 4-5 different fonts. There are some fonts within each casino that I just wouldn't buy, no matter how's ch I like the name.
That said, I'm interested in 105 nickels, probably light chocolate, either Moe's Tavern, or Two Bit Saloon.

Moe's Tavern - 25c - Blurple - silver - 340 - C

Thanks @Shaggy

What aspect of the style C do you like? I happen to like the font of Moes Tavern in style B the best, but like the springfield and est 1987 from Style C.

I am really flexible on my interest. I am hopeful more people jump on the Moe's Tavern so the die cost can be spread out by a few people.

EDIT Ooooh - we're supposed to give a style preference too. Standby.

This is really a second voting thread with a more detailed interest. The original poll resulted in a tie for fourth... so we ended up with a few extra names. As @chipjoker and I worked on the designs, we liked a few variations of each. If there is some combinations of fonts/styles you would like to see... that would impact your decision, let me know.

The goal of this "round" is to see how the names look on the chip... example: Two Bit saloon sounds pretty good... but it is tough to make it look good on the chip. With @RowdyRawhide 's help, it is evolving into something more than presentable. This round is also to help all interested parties see what other people's interests are... to see if they are the only one interested in a particular denomination and name. If that is the case, that person will need to decide if they want to absorb the entire cost of the hotstamp die... or settle for something else.

Basically vote for the style chip(s) that you are most interested in and likely to buy. This is still to help determine interest, you are not committing to anything.

As it stands though, it looks like there are ~1000 chips of interest... so this will happen at some capacity

Yes, I like Moe's style C too. I'm not sure it's my favorite font, but I think all caps might be necessary. Because in the other fonts, Moe's is practically illegible to me with the lowercase o and e.

agreed on all aspects and strongly on the placement of est 1987 and Springfield. I thought the bold font may be easier to read but really whatever the consensus to save some $ is fine by me.

Tentatively

Two Bit Saloon - 25c - blurple- gold - 125 - E

I would be OK with no "est 1882" on there. Just leave it blank down there maybe if this doesn't go until august or later then this order will most likely increase to 200-300

I need to get a few of these other GBs wrapped up before I commit to too much;)

sorry, crazy busy. I've been following the thread. I just don't know what I would like. I'll try and commit sooner rather than later. Honestly I have no idea what I will do.

I'm up for just about any 5c or 10c chip that could sound like a casino (except for the El Rancho style, just don't like that at all ). Butterscotch, purple, orange - all chip colors are good.
I like gold hot stamped ( or at least I thought I did ) but with so many calling for silver, I'll have to rethink that.

If I were forced to pick one from the options above, changing nothing, I'd go for Red's Tavern (10c) - Jersey City. Being from NJ, I'm partial to that one.

In the end, regardless, I'll be in for a rack of 10c. You see, I have a sickness, and I need more chips. :-)

No commitment at this time. This is just getting your input on the names and denoms. If you are fine just buying whichever gets selected, there is nothing necessary at this time.

Two Bit Saloon or Reds Tavern would be one of the two that I would be interested in. No idea on a color. Denom would be .25
