Damn… it’s KEM - not what i expected.
Ok thanks a lot guys, but won‘t go with KEMs

I prefer 8 decks nice cards over one setup of KEMs.

I have never used acetate, but for example Modiano Cristallo pleasantly surprised me. I just saw that both versions are currently on a good discount.
Trefl are definitely good. With playing cards, we Europeans are definitely lucky. Great competition and, accordingly, good quality. However, American paper BEE are simply champions for me. Try them too and your views may change.

For years it was brazil Copags or Cristallos, and always went for the brazils!
Just blue and red, but so much better for the same price.
We mostly use poker size.
I found in the DalNegro what i was searching for.

Nothing to complain!
Acetate cards are perfect when flat - no question.
But overall - the DN Texas are top.
(EU / price / quality)

Next game we torture the Trefl.
Let‘s see how durable they are.

Even Platinums dont hold more than 3 games.

How would you rate the difference between Modiano Cristallo and Modiano Acetate? I have several Cristallo. And they are really good. I think they are better than others. Very nice cards. But is it worth paying extra for Acetate?

I don‘t have both versions on hand to compare 1:1
But i‘m pretty sure no acetate ‚curves‘ worth the extra cost.
They feel super nice, but not +$10/deck nicer…!

And i know there are/were PVC cards for $8/deck as good as the top acetate cards!

Thanks, I also think it's not worth it. I have a lot of great Cristallo and Fournier cards (which were made for casinos). And I like them.
However, I would like to try acetate ones. I couldn't resist and bought a lot on the Modiano website during the SALE. :cool :wtf:

Fournier are great too!

Hope your Platinums will be flat - then you will love them!
I already love the Trefl, they give a shit on King Alexander‘s moustache! ; ))
