What design of cards should we make next? (19 Viewers)

3, 2, 1 are my votes for card backs.

I would agree with something more standard vs the broken arrow theme to make them more universal.

I also agree with an index between standard and jumbo in bridge sized cards if possible.

I would personally like the blue/green setup in poker width, jumbo index... with the gold setup box. I also realize I may be in the minority, but I'm a fan so I'll buy whatever you end up doing.

Edit: So I saw the black/gold card designs, and I'm definitely all in on those.

We are going to do a new group buy for playing cards soon but would like to know what type of design most people would like. We have done three different sets of Broken Arrow cards currently:

Would you prefer some new design?

Would you prefer another set of different colors in the Broken Arrow design?

My thought is the set would be Bridge with jumbo index

Please let me know your thoughts or ideas

I think this is the best art for the faces :

Current setup boxes are fine, better than individual deck boxes.

Yes, Purple/Green & Red/Blue

Yes, yes, yes

If you are going to have the boxes they should probably all (count & court cards) have the cream insert or all be white, not a mix.

I am a huge fan of the new font/indexes, winner.:tup:

We can get them previewed in different colors once we decide on the final design

How would you rate these in order of preference?

I like the arrowhead design but if it has to change some simple grid/weave pattern like #3 is better, Don't like the waves #2 and really don't want more backs that look like #1.

Suggestion on changing all the spades to arrowheads
I've said this as well (spade pips are arrowheads). I think it would add a lot to the branding of the cards and would also make any confusion between spades & clubs non-existent.

Generally for the price point these cards are fantastic for feel & play. I think you've knocked them out of the park with every version so far. :cool

Very excited for this. What is it people like about the cream boxes? Just curious. Is it better contrast for legibility?

Second the setup boxes and different color options. The more/brighter the better.

I would also agree with the cream boxes on the A-10 cards and non-cream backgrounds on the court cards.

The designs would be 3, 1, 2 for me. Either a jumbo or blackjack index is great imo.

As far as different colors, purple/green, black/red or blue/red all seem good.

I would go with set-up boxes over tuck boxes as well.

In any case, I can't wait to see the new card designs. The current Broken Arrows are the best bridge jumbo cards that are readily available in terms of price/quality balance. Thanks!

I think for the backs, go Shining wild, borderless:

I also think take the jumbo index fonts of your bridge sized cards and use them (properly proportioned) in the poker size, of a new colors option subsequent to the purple and orange. I busted out the purple and orange for a Halloween poker night and thought the purp & orange theme rep'd the holiday nicely, by chance.

Black and gold is classy. What about a deep red & blue?

Maybe a mild theme for decks? Not one of the super out there ones, but some minor modifications to face cards that relate to popular shows/games

4 colors perhaps on the card face.

Purple orange, or gold black on the back.

Following.

Blackjack index, bridge sized for me. I'm not picky on the back design.
