I'm so glad that this set receives so much love, because it allows me to express my true opinion without actually hurting anyone's feelings. Nobody should care if I like their chips or not, so please don't take offense. This set, to me, is probably the biggest head scratcher on PCF with respect to how much everyone loves them. There must be something glorious that I'm just incapable of seeing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pirate theme, but the mismatched black & white inlays and color choices both as individual chips and especially across the entire set make me feel like I'm going to have a seizure every time I look at these lol. It's not you. It's me. Clearly, I'm the flawed one here. But holy shit do I hate this set!

I don’t know if there is a “best” CPC set, but this is one of my favorites to play with. I love odd denominations, and the “Pieces of Eight” are perfect in this set. Someone bets $20, I raise to $64.

This is easily a top 3 CPC set for me, but I can’t choose a favorite.
