What kind of chips are these? (1 Viewer)

I only knew the version with multiple casino names on them... Good to know that these are out there as well to not get tricked with blurry photos of H molds in the future.

Thanks for sharing!

These have been listed by someone else, I've seen the post has been up for a while. Worth it?

Listed for $350 OBO. What would be a fair offer?

I let her know on a fb group that this lot is worth $100. She asked. Originally this listing was up for the $100, she listed before reading my reply.

Then she got the "these are worth $3 a piece!" bug. So she switched the listing to $350.
The chips I have seen in the pic are very dirty and a lot had flea bites. I bet that metal dealer tray has something to do with them. I wouldn't pay more than $100. Chips are dinged up and the chip set up is wonky and not playable. These are not listed at a fair price IMO.

This is the pic that confirmed these are not top end and these are not worth $350. No way.

She knows they are priced high and doesn't care. $100 might even be a little high for these.

I had originally offered her less than $100 when she first posted a couple weeks ago on fb, because they looked dirty and in semi-poor condition. I'd like to see them cleaned up.

Also, which Paulsons have lead in them?

Thank you for your analysis and reply.

These are likely leaded. If there are around 300 chips, they have a base price of about $300, if they are in EX condition.

Dirt doesn't matter, you can clean it up.

But knock off $50 for every category downgrade, including:
- very rounded edges
- flea bites on significant % of chips
- visible alteration/damage like the fake painted spots.

There is no way in hell that these are worth $3 per chip even if they were NM and clean - that's just fantasy especially for the common colours.

I wonder if they are here watching. Then seen the shade and took it down $50. Thanks Denise!

I'd guess probably magic marker.
Didn’t look all that permanent. But when they slapped it on they said “Magic! Edge spots, yeah.”

The chips were then thrown off a cliff and ended up in the sellers back yard. Now they can be yours for $300.
