To try to re-rail the thread a little bit, maybe instead of coming up with rules that must apply to every group buy, we could have a checklist for the organizer to fill out before taking orders?

If the organizer wants some of those items to remain undisclosed, they'll have to explicitly say it. Then it's up to the members here whether they want to pay or not. I'm sure my checklist is incomplete, so help me out with things I missed.
