I am getting closer to narrowing down the final Acrylic Dealer button storage options I will offer.

Please vote your favorites so I know which I should stock up on pending the dealer button group buy delivery shortly.

Option 1
Holds 12.
65mm and 80mm
Only available in black inside with natural finish box.
(Cutting production of the black version due to paint durability issues)

Option 2
5 dealer button 65 and 80mm
Black inside with 3d printed boxes printed in any color.

Option 3
Same as option 2 but make box two rows wide so they hold 10.

Option 4
Same as option 3 with USB powered LED lighting under the buttons.

Option 5
Staggered rows of 3 and 2 per row for better visibility? Printed box to fit 15 dealer buttons.

Option 6
Maximize printable size of option 4 to fit 20 dealer buttons in 8 rows.

Option 7
Remove two rows from option 4 to fit 10 dealer buttons.

Option 8
Variation of Option 6-8 with raised rows like a spice rack.

Option 9
Don't worry about felt or spacing and just print a 10 dealer button rack stacked like the 60mm ones

Option 10
Other. Please Specify idea in comments.

The slight angle would make it more difficult but stepped like above similar to a spice rack would be kinda cool. Straight up and down would probably still offer plenty of visibility when stepped.
If no velvet felt was involved printing 1pc probably wouldn't be too bad.
Or maybe glue and flock the whole thing after instead of using adhesive velvet.

I think straight up and down would work.

Can you show what option 4 would look like with chips in them? I like how your design looks tighter than the example above.

I guess for display I'd lean towards staggered, but for storage it would be something like option 8.

Not much would be visible.
If I stepped each row up like 10-20mm that would bring them into view much better tho.

Maybe a option for just 1 button? I imagine it would be a simpler print and bring the price to something a lot of set owner would snap buy to display their buttons in front of their sets.
Excellent Idea! I'll put a few of those together this weekend.

Updated options list.
May have messed up existing votes since options are now different.
