Here’s the thing.
- You asked who got them, and I told you I did. I didn’t have to do that.
- You asked what I paid, and I told you. I didn’t have to do that.
- You then posted that what I said I paid couldn’t possibly be right. That’s sort of accusing me of lying.
- I then posted a second time what I paid and posted an excerpt of the invoice.
- You apparently didn’t trust that. So you got some other information from the auctioneer and posted that the actual purchase price was more than I’d said and shown I’d paid. Again, that’s sort of accusing me of lying.
So, I’ve been nothing but forthcoming in a situation in which I didn’t have to be. Hell, it would’ve been in my best interests to claim I paid more than I did. But I was honest. And you’ve pretty much done nothing but insinuate (even if not on purpose) that I’m not telling the truth.
So, yeah. My panties are a bit in a bunch. I don’t like it very much when people insinuate that I’m lying. That may not have been what you intended, but it’s the way it came across.
Anyway, they’re great chips. It was a good buy. And you won’t see them on the classifieds. Not that it would be any of your business if I did decide to sell them.
