Awesome collection!

Just curious, is your goal here to amass as many of these chips as you can? Or do you plan to run multiple tables so that these will see use? I had an urge once to build many of my sets much larger than I needed to, but I didn’t so that others could enjoy building their own.

I’m genuinely not insinuating anything by this question, I am just curious what your goals are with such a massive set.

In all honestly, I’m not sure yet. I’ve been trying to edit down these chipsets into sets that I can use, but I’m also a collector, and historic sets like the Nevada Lodges seem like great investments and things to hold for the future. We’ll see.

Uff. Working on same progression minus the $500. I’ve got them all, except my Empress $5s are bike tires … hoping to upgrade, but afraid these may all be locked up??

I’ve been thinking of skipping the purple thousand for the other set in lieu of this. But I also have enough to cover both sets. $500 in one, and $1000 in the other. Don’t know yet.

So these were a group buy, as opposed to a fantasy line produced by TRK with no public input? Were all TRK 'fantasy' lineups this way.

As I understand it, there were 3 big TRK group buys through PCF Chiptalk. This was one, The Rounders was another, and then there was a King’s Crown hotstamp set.

I got these from the forum.

This is meant to be a T25-base tourney set, I think the barrel of 5s was a bonus.
