2v looks great. I’m also a big fan of 212 and 214

Yeah, 212 works great for a frac. With paulson the x12 spots are convex too, which just looks better, imo.2v looks great. I’m also a big fan of 212 and 214
Lol, I was going to say exactly this.
212 looks so good in stacks tooYeah, 212 works great for a frac. With paulson the x12 spots are convex too, which just looks better, imo.
Im picking up batman vibes from the hundo, joker from the $500 and robin from the $25 and $5
I like the small stripe so much better than the v
make of that what you will
That’s interesting that u say that. I have moved to 39 mm 500s (from 43mm) because they are easier to store. However, I still like oversized 1k for authentic casino action. In my opinion a 43mm chop makes a statement....Not a fan of IHC or oversized chips in a set anymore. Hard to store, hard to play with, and unnecessary. I think one can imply gravitas in a chip by its spot colors’ overall design.
Paulson doesn’t technically have a 2ds18 spot, but you can have it made using another spot. In that case though, it would look like this:If it were a half (.50), I 'd make it a 212.
Being a quarter, I think 2DS18 is better

Yup, 2TA316, but the center spot is the same color as the base color. You have a point; certainly the Paulson version doesn't look as expected.
What about 2DS16? Any Paulson equivalent?

I'm clearly in the minority, but I prefer the 2v, though I think either work. I understand the reasoning behind not wanting to mix the v edge spots amongst lower and higher denoms. The reality is though, that the fracs and 1k/5k chips likely won't ever be in play together (unless you run one hell of a .25/.50 game! )
Love that green chip!meanwhile, I keep coming back to that green $25 . . . gorgeous
That's an excellent point, but I get tilted (hah!) whenever any 2-spot design isn't perfectly aligned; I think given my choice between the thin stripe and the V with both of them misaligned I think I'd still prefer the thin stripe.I like both a lot, but I wonder if opinions like yours would change if the inlay did not have perfect alignment with the inserts and the line graphic across the middle. It is appealing with the shown placement in the pictures above, but the reality is that they would not come out this way from GPI or even CPC. With that in mind, I personally would prefer the 2v mock-up.
I think this is what is great about chipping - there are so many diverging likes and dislikes... for me, I'd go so far as to say that the 5k is the star of the show in this lineup. As someone on here so aptly wrote recently, it'd be a boring place if we all agreed with each other all the time!So awesome to see those Starlites in play. Such beautiful chips. Will definitely have to make the drive down south for one of your games. When I do, can I come early and make snow angels in cocaine giraffes?
Liking the lineup Krish. Agreed that the edge spot color on the frac should be a tad more prominent. Also thinking the 5K might be a little too subdued. Since that is the top chip of the set I’m thinking it should have a little more of the wow factor that the $500 & $1K have. Just the musings of a layman noob...
It's probably for the best that this tool doesn't exist anymore.... I don't even want to think about how much time I'd waste on it!it was like the CPC tool kindve, but you could mock up fantasy Paulson or TRK sets using the tool. Here’s an example of one I mocked up for fun:

Normally not a fan of the rounded spots, half moons? but on that snapper they really work. Well done. Can't wait for the GB.Loved seeing the debate, and was really helpful to hear people’s thoughts. In my mind, this is where I’ve ended up with my fantasy set, some small tweaks, like the spot on the $5. Added a snapper as well.
Ultimately, I’ve realized it’s all subjective; but as a first imaginary set, I’m thrilled with this one.

I was expecting a $25K and $100K chip before a $2.50 chip. Looks like you will have to add a 5c chip also so you have another row of three.Loved seeing the debate, and was really helpful to hear people’s thoughts. I wanted a Mexican Rose chip, but I guess that works as a $25k as well.I was expecting a $25K and $100K chip before a $2.50 chip. Looks like you will have to add a 5c chip also so you have another row of three.
