That’s why I gave a disclaimer gawd!Me too. But it tends to blow the load really quickly early on in the set making the use of IHC chips necessary for high denoms

It’s kinda reversed. But mine has blaze, that has pink. Same vibe, though. I can see the resemblance.Well, the RS is 4D14, but colour-wise, I think so
It’s kind of a pain in the ass. Cut out individual spots from the Paulson color samples and shop them onto the base color sample chipPs. someone please post a tutorial for how to do this

I also take the extra step of aligning the top hat and cane deboss within the edge spots. That is a pain in places I didn’t know existed. It’s kind of a pain in the ass. Cut out individual spots from the Paulson color samples and shop them onto the base color sample chip
I think theres more than 1 way to do it, but I just use a clipping maskHow do you get realistic spot cutouts?
I clip real spots from real chips and make masks from them, and store them as layer masks I can drop onto any chip. How do you get realistic spot cutouts?
What he saidI think theres more than 1 way to do it, but I just use a clipping mask
I think there is actually an easy way to accomplish that too, but I don’t know it off the top of my headI also take the extra step of aligning the top hat and cane deboss within the edge spots. That is a pain in places I didn’t know existed.
It’s not a venture. Just me teaching myself how to think about chip color and spot progression. Won’t go anywhere past Photoshop. Maybe some custom ceramics.
bring back the old paulson design tool? any chance of crowdfunding it and hosting it on another site ? we all need a toy we can play with and dream.....I think there is actually an easy way to accomplish that too, but I don’t know it off the top of my head
That would be so awesome. All the colors I’ve seen with the design tool don’t seem too accurate though. This method looks so much more true.... but I’ll pitch in 5 bucks to the Bring Back the Design Tool fundbring back the old paulson design tool? any chance of crowdfunding it and hosting it on another site ? we all need a toy we can play with and dream.....
Who do we need to speak with to resurrect and update it? J5 and tommy? That would be so awesome. All the colors I’ve seen with the design tool don’t seem too accurate though. This method looks so much more true.... but I’ll pitch in 5 bucks to the Bring Back the Design Tool fund

It’s not going to get resurrected here but I’d chip in $20 if someone can duplicate it on another site.Who do we need to speak with to resurrect and update it? J5 and tommy?
Which colour sample chip photos are you using to start with? I need to work on my PS skillz..I clip real spots from real chips and make masks from them, and store them as layer masks I can drop onto any chip.
Looks like a great opportunity for a gorgeous charcoal $20.Turned my attention to an imaginary California set. Started with some inspiration from the Lakeshores $1, and then built from there. Thinking of Indian Blue or Blaze Orange for the $500.

I'm partial to version two of the $20... but that's probably just because it reminds me of the CPC $20 I just ordered.
I’d turn that white chip into the $20 to get MOAR in play. That chip is insane!!!
I'm sure there will be plenty of them in play at windwalker's games!I’d turn that white chip into the $20 to get MOAR in play. That chip is insane!!!
