Who could have foreseen trying to get 9,000 people seated properly across three active tournaments, one of which is split over two different flights, wouldn't have run completely smoothly.
The Big 50 should have been Event 1 and running without other tournaments going as a special event. They clearly weren't prepared and players should be compensated in some way for this BS.
