Yep. Forget that ultra sonic. (1 Viewer)

@DZPoker are you looking for some real clean whites??? I have a rack and I know you don't want them sent to the router!
Thanks for the offer but I’m all set on Whites. Still don’t want to see them murdered though! List them for sale...there are others who will save them I’m sure!

Like I mentioned above I am using this in conjunction with silicone sheets which I lay in a baking pan in the well of my sink. I soak them in soapy water. The silicone prevents the chips from spinning. This way I don’t have to hand hold them. I can just hit one side of a whole batch at once and then flip them over and repeat. The sonic scrubber thing has a slide switch so it just stays on. No pressure needed.

there is also a Rubbermaid branded one but it just wasn’t in stock for me. Also I have only experimented with the brush head in the main photo not the other accessory heads. I will try those eventually.

Following up on this.
I soak them in a bowl with some Oxi (5min for TRKs or more for Paulsons) and then put them in a cooking tray with a sheet of silicone (stops them from spinning). Then I just hit them with this thing for just a couple seconds per chip. Then flip them over and repeat. For the edges I use a little clamp to hold the barrel together but still find a damp magic eraser work better then the standard bristle attachment for the Super Scrubber. I want to play around with the other scrubber pad attachments to this Super Scrubber though and see if those work better. Takes less than 5min per barrel not including the soak.

The things that come to the house these days as a result of my chipping habit. Can’t wait to see the look on my wife’s face when she sees silicon pads and a giant electric toothbrush arrive......

Very nice concept. Especially the mat so you don’t have to hold them, and not needing pressure with the sonic brush! This will cut down on hand fatigue a ton. I’d definitely love to see a video please.
