Is that ZERO IBU, like no bitterness at all? Or is that some kind of misprint / nonrating?
Actual zero IBU - typical for many NEIPA’s

Well, I guess I'll have to revisit the IPA well. I can say that probably the only IPA's I've ever semi-enjoyed have been of the NE variety. If you know of any off the top of your head that fit that zero IBU description (and would be available to me up here) please let me know.Actual zero IBU - typical for many NEIPA’s
Citra and mosaic are the best.
I will have to keep an eye out for beers with them.I will have to say drinking these back to back I prefer the Kros-Strain Hopishpere.
I believe the hops in the Hopisphere are all grown in the southern hemisphere - hence it's name.
Not that I am familiar enough with any of them, but I would rate them higher than the Citra, which I like.
Southern Hopisphere will be on the flight to Dallas as well!!

The issue here is that most breweries use a formula for computing IBUs. As opposed to actually measuring bitterness in a lab. The standard formula only computes IBUs on hops added to the boil. The process of only adding hops after the boil is a relatively recent one, so if the beer is brewed with only whirlpool hops and dry hops (hops added during fermentation) then the formula has no way to compute IBUs for those. But it doesn't mean the beer will have zero bitterness or hop flavor. NEIPAs use FAR more hops that most other styles, but they are typically all late addition hops which gives a fruitier, less bitter flavor to the beer. And making it difficult for the brewery to calculate it with a formula. So a lot of breweries just leave it off entirely on some of their NEIPAs. And if they don't provide a number, then Untapped will just put in zero.Actual zero IBU - typical for many NEIPA’s
