That India Pale Ale papi
One of the few positive things to come from the Covid crisis is that Mac & Jack’s is canning their beers for a limited time. But I have not been able find their flagship African Amber. My neighbor found some today and asked how much I would like. “BUY IT ALL!” was my reply. Well, he then sent me this photo and said “No.”
I said, “Ok. LOL. Just one flat then.”

This is my favorite, but is a winter seasonal. In the summer, I usually go with sessions IPAs or a kolsch.
Look's good. I've had some of thier IPA's. Hopefully I can give this a try on my next trip WA.
Normally, they only keg. I hope that the canning continues when bars and restaurants are back to normal.
Yesterday we just sent off 10 beers for the GABF competition. It will be virtual this year but hopefully we can get another Gold medal.

Mikkeller Green Gold - a real classic, one of Mikkeller's first big hits. Pre-hazy pre-neipa - lots of bitterness and aroma from US hops (presumably my favorite Simcoe as the primary type). Malted to match bitterness.

Not many years ago, a Berliner Weiße was a degenerated drink but with an interesting history stemming from wheat beer traditions of North Germany. It was often served with a dubious Schuss (Himbeere - raspberries or Waldmeister - woodruff). A few years ago - to my surprise, the craft beer community revitalised the tradition, using proper fermentation and souring, and adding real berries or fruits in the process. Well, even my most die-hard Berliner Weiße antagonists have now surrendered. Well, Prost in a Danish Berliner style Weiße with lots of Himbeere. Refreshing on a summer evening.

Laurelwood Workhorse has been my favorite IPA for a long time. This one is pretty good, but no match for Workhorse.
