Maintenance for Ceramics? (1 Viewer)

Hey all - I see a lot of recommendations for maintenance about clay chips, but I'm considering getting a set of ceramics and would love community recommendations. anything I should factor in to keeping them looking sharp? Thanks!

They really won't get rounded with typical home play. I've seen ceramics from casinos that were falling apart.

The worst that happens to my ceramics is that oils from your hands don't absorb into them, so they can get slippery, which makes shuffling harder. A quick bath in soapy water fixes it.

I use an ultrasonic to clean my ceramics, but because the chips don't try to absorb oils you can easily clean them in the cheap Harbor Freight machine instead of needing one with serious power.
