Or maybe KART. The website I was looking at has a lot of manufacturers mixed up. Chips like in the OP were listed (at least) as SMILE and KART.

Russian manufacturers don’t seem very popular. Then again I don’t think many sets from them have ever been made available here either. Mostly white inserts is a bit of a turn off.
