If I’m offline and viewing archived content I have no way of knowing who these pictures belong to.
So I’m assuming they are now public domain and available for free use, or at a minimum now belong to PCF, since you have given them copies?
You certainly don’t seem to care about protecting them, linking to “something” on the internet doesn’t mean anything.
If you can’t document your picture sources correctly - why should you expect us to?

Why are you tapping the glass?

This is a valuable resource. Sure, most chips are not worth collecting, but the Mogh is hundreds of eyes looking for new chips, and @CCA_SM_Director is bringing those eyes and their photos (albeit sometimes so blurry you cannot tell if they are ceramic or plastic) to us.

Keep up the good work CCA.

Great work!!! Just document it the same as you ask require demand us to.

Like I'm going to start documenting every photo I lift from the interwebs
Ok we can have a big discussion in the middle of this thread then. If you lift a photo from the chipguide and post it here, then yes, you do have to document it. And not just a link that says “chipguide” but goes to Rick Astley or a shortcut because you are too lazy.
They make a big deal about their “IP”. So do it right or FRO telling the rest of us to. Your treatment of “your property” speaks volumes in court. Do it right or don’t expect others to.
Lazy IP protection is lost IP.

You have to keep in mind that these are small poker room across Texas with probably small budgets and can't afford the higher quality chips like large casinos. Also they are threatened all the time of being shut down.
Yes, if only there was someplace that a cardroom that was closed down could go to sell their higher quality chips.

Re: RHC question….Paulson seems to default to that and you have to pester the sales person to get to THC. At least one of them (and I suspect others) don’t completely understand and you need to describe the chip (I need the ring around it and the top hat and cane pointed this way….I dunno, I just like it better (shrug)).

I wonder if Paulson/GPI/Angel whoever would have a market in Texas if they chose to sell to these unlicensed clubs? I’m guessing no, that the clubs would probably go for cheap chips anyway. But it’s an interesting question.
(And I suppose since they’re not buying from CPC, I might have my answer.)
