Sorry, only have a sample of the 43mm chips, but they seem to work well. Can u take some pictures with Boardwalk 43mm chips, if you gave any?
Do you know if the Matsui racks fit 44m CPCs. It sound like they might. So, I tested the Matsui racks, Palm Gaming racks, and Spinettis Baccarat 43mm racks. I only had stacks of Boardwalk chips to test (and at this time my only concern).
The fit is definitely best with the Palm Gaming racks. the Boardwalk 43mm chips are very snug and fit perfectly in these racks. The worst is the Matsui racks. The chips are very loose, but the advantage is that these racks fit in the standard bird cage. Lastly, the Spinettis. The fit is a bit looser than Palm Gaming racks and as expected, they don't fit in the birdcage either. So, although they don't fit in the standard birdcages, my vote is for the Palm Gaming racks for when I order my large set of Boardwalks in Group Buy #2.

Would you mind testing CPCs if I sent you a barrel. I'll need them back, so I'd send you $7 to ship em back.I only had 3 barrels of 43mm Boardwalks that I borrowed from @Mental Nomad for testing. The fit wasn't ideal and the chips were very loose. Although the racks fit in the standard birdcage. I wish someone had figured this thing out. Matsui-size rack length-wise and width would be based on the Palm Gaming racks .... how difficult is this, for gods sake!

Joe @PGI has the Chinese manufacturing contacts and prior experience designing and ordering new chip racks from them. Don't know if he has the interest, time, or patience to do so, however. So, has anyone tried to see if a manufacturer is willing to make the CORRECT size 43mm stack able acrylic racks? and what the cost/minimums could look like? given how many GBs are going on and how many 43mm chips have been and are being ordered, I think a GB for the racks could potentially happen. The dimensions should be a combination of Matsui and Palm Gaming racks that would fit in a birdcage, hold 100 chips, etc. And of course at a reasonable price! who do we contact for making this anyway?
