I'm new to the site and have owned Quality Clay Chips since around 2006 or 08' or so... It started with a Set of Paulson Pharaoh's... Now that I have joined the site in my recovery efforts to replace some that I recently lost I can't seem to stop buying these damn things!!! and its not Just Pharaoh's now... IT'S EVERYTHING!!!: If it's Bright & Shinny...
I can't Stop Myself...I Want IT!!!!

What in the hell has Happened to me??? I'm happy when I land a deal and then sad because I just dropped hundreds or thousands sometimes.: When does the Madness Stop other than just flat out running out of $Money$? Lol.. I mean.. We need a Damn Hot line like the Drinkers and the Gamblers have!!!

Please let me know if this has happened to others... and when the feeling of " I HAVE TO HAVE IT" stops?

Chip Collecting a sickness or disease? Is this a real thing? I am not sure I believe that it's not like it is really addicting! It's not like we stay on this site all of the time. It's not like we are always checking the classifieds or eBay!

I purchased 200 - $1 Players Casino chips off e-bay yesterday and then I thought, why the hell did I just buy those...(n) :thumbsdown:and I have realized the answer now... It's Because they were there and I could!!! Because I can't help myself!!!! but then the chips arrive in the mail and they are all mine!!!

I know the feeling. In the last two weeks, I've picked up 400 Jerry's Nugget $1s. I love the chips, but I know damned well I'll never be able to work them into a mixed set that satisfies my concept of spot progression.

I had the same problem with 360 Blue Chip quarters, and ended up selling them...lesson not learned, apparently.
