With a little bit of sleuthing and a little bit of luck, I came across these cards linked below:

It appears that these cards are poker size, jumbo index plastic playing cards on Angel Japan PVC stock, quite similar to the recent Angel group buy ran by @Geremie not too long ago. I am working on getting more detailed photos of the card stock and faces, but the above link is what I am going on for now. I will add the photos to the OP once I have them. These are the same cards that Matsui sells to casinos that can be custom made, but these cards with the standard/generic design linked above are indeed available for sale to the public.
Now, as far as what I do know and was able to get from the Matsui sales team, the cost per deck would be $4.45 USD not including shipping. The cards come in the five colors linked above; red, blue, green, orange, and brown. The minimum order quantity for each color is 12 decks, as they will sell by the 12 deck brick only. Shipping from the UK to US would add approximately $1 per deck to the cost, plus domestic shipping once the cards are stateside. So, figure about $5.50 per deck plus combined reshipping within the US in a padded mailer or FRB depending on order size.
I understand everyone would like to wait to see some more photos of the products before committing, but I just wanted to put this out there to get a better idea of what the interest level may be and the appetite for yet another playing card group buy in as many months. The chance to get some Angel cards is not one that I would pass up though, especially at this price.
I do plan on arranging for separate buys for our Canadian and European contingents here that will handle reshipping, distribution, and collecting of funds when it's time to place the order. This thread is for interest among the US contingent with a US mailing address only! Separate threads for the other contingents are coming!
