Definitely loud, but they seem to be the same size as a chip. I suppose they are a little slippery though in comparison. We would hate that because they are loud and don't fit the other chips. Do what you want but I'd just pick up quarters and use those before I introduce $1s as coins.
Edit- they are smallerDefinitely loud, but they seem to be the same size as a chip. I suppose they are a little slippery though in comparison.
The more I think about it…I think you’re probably right…
Thickness as well? Thats what I meant, I was picturing stack sizes being wildly different and ending up with a slippery puddle of $1s.Definitely loud, but they seem to be the same size as a chip. I suppose they are a little slippery though in comparison.
One of my favorite cash games in college we used quarters. We played 25¢ ante with a $15 bet-raise limit and everyone brought $10 worth of quarters and some cash to play. Now, I already know I’m crazy but I’m not sure if it’s like a FOX…or like a regular crazy person.
I’ve been thinking about using the old $1 metal casino slot tokens in my game just because they are loud and remind me of pirate booty.
Good/bad idea?
I love old VegasSome casinos in Vegas used silver dollars at the tables in the 1960s. They looked awesome.
