ARRIVED - Custom 60mm DB (Blades, Casino Royale and HSI) (7 Viewers)

Well, I am sorry to say that it appears my package from the US has been officially lost. It allegedly arrived in Brisbane on 29 January 2021 and recent enquiries with Australia Post indicated it had not entered their distribution network - some bugger appears to have pinched it.

In over 100 international transactions (both ways), this is the first time an item has been lost.

I lost 60 x $25 HSI secondary chips and several DB of each of my designs: HSI, Blades and Casino Royale. :cautious:

Anyway, thems the brakes.

Glad to have a chance to at least get a HSI DB, thanks @Himewad for kicking off another buy :-).

I'm not angling for anyone to part with their DB, but some pics from around the world would be well received as I am a bit bummed out :-).
 
First package I’ve ever sent that went missing, as well. You may be bummed, but I’m pissed. I figured it was a day or two away from getting to your doorstep when it was in Brisbane. People suck.

I'm pissed too, haha. You did your part mate. I know right, I was getting a bit excited ... :-)
 
How many of each did you order Adam? I believe I bought an extra of each and willing to contribute, also happy to throw in if you prefer to get these remade!

Maybe if James adds them to the next button order and if some people missed out the first time?

That just sucks and seems like tampering has been happening more lately.

Yeah, I’m already thinking of ways to make him whole. For the dealer buttons, at least. Not much I can do about the HSI chips, unfortunately. I have a couple of ideas.

I think I have an extra barrel of the HSI $25s that you would be welcome to. I will verify when I get to the house. Perhaps if people are getting together to try to make him whole, we gather everything here and send one package internationally?

I went through my extra buttons and only have the Casino Royale

That would be lovely mate. I will order a couple of the HSI from the new run. Would it be ok if they got sent to you (along with your DB order), and you popped this in with them to send to me? I'll fix you up for the DB and shipping costs when you know them :). Is that OK mate?

Yes, it is a shame about the Blades one, but am glad to get a CR and some HSI :-) thanks guys :-)
 
Adam what Brie is saying is would you like to run the Blades or Casino Royale again through her DB group buy she is willing. I think we would have a better chance of getting to 10 in james's DB group buy as he is not placing his order until March. Many of the button collectors already have these so getting to 10 of each would be a bit more difficult in a couple of days.

I agree, and am happy to wait until March :-), and if @Himewad James wants to add the Casino Royale DB to his GB, then that has my OK too :-)

Just got home to find a 'Failed Delivery' card in my door for my 'LOST' international package and I was like -


Now I have to wait four (4) hours to see if it is in one piece etc ... So much for Australia Post and their 'enquiries'.

At least it is now in Bald Hills again.

Stand by all units @Ben8257 @FordPickup92 @Himewad I will update when I know more.


Edit UPDATE - Double WTF - the USPS record indicates it went to New Zealand at some stage, before returning to Brisbane!!

So your postal service will make more than one delivery attempt per day? Sometimes I feel lucky if they slow down their truck to make a single delivery attempt over here.
