Barrington Poker table at Costco (27 Viewers)

Thinking about doing this ASAP. Did you do all of the drilling and replacing process in that room? Just wondering if I can get away with some cardboard or plastic underneath instead of lugging it down 3 flights of stairs.
Yeah I did it all in that room. This is advertised as a mobile table but it's a monster, ain't no way I'm moving it again lol made a mess but nothing a vacuum can't handle.

Sounds like I'm gonna do the same, yea it was a bitch to get up 3 flights so I'd prefer keeping it where it is haha. Thanks!

Just got mine today. Love the quality and sturdiness. I do find it is a bit easier to deal directly on the table vs the topper. It is way too heavy for one person to carry.

I added guitar amp straps to the round sides, and I carry it myself all the time. It's cumbersome for sure, but can be done.

Just picked up one yesterday. Is there power adaptor that suppose to come with the table for the LED?

Someone please clarify a few things for me regarding these Barrington's. A lot of information out there, but nothing in one simple place. I've read all I can find, and of course never made my own notes - so please correct me where I may be wrong here - and forgive me for asking questions that have been answered elsewhere.
  1. The LED versions are heavier, and will reportedly hold up better... But do they use the same legs, etc. - which are likely the fail points for these types of table?
  2. "all" versions are described as having metal cupholders - however in nearly all pictures, they appear to be the shallow / wide plastic (cheap) cupholders. Are the Costco's actually metal?
  3. While all are described as being 10-seaters, reports are that these are much better suited for only 8 players? Anyone with more context / experience using these for 10 players? Comfortable? Too crowded?
  4. Pictures of the Costco Barrington are nearly identical to versions sold by Walmart / elsewhere - but I've read that Costco's are of much higher quality. Anyone able to confirm or deny this?
  5. Costco online price is $329 (plus tax) - but a lot of you are reportedly paying well under $200. Are those the same LED tables?
  6. Anyone have the exact dimensions to order one of the custom toppers to fit - or should we wait until we get our table and measure it - due to potential variation in the playing surface's size?
Thanks for the help here

2) I believe that is correct. Regardless of whether they're metal or not, you're going to want deeper ones. The shallow ones are awful.
3) 8 is comfortable. 10 is tight but doable. I wouldn't recommend buying this for 10. But if your 8 player game had a few extras for a night, it would work.
