Barrington Poker table at Costco (7 Viewers)

I already have bought one, bringing me to two tables. It would be a pure luxury purchase. Also, they won’t price adjust on a Death Star.

It's weird to see how much attention you fish give to these cheap tables with all the negative opinions on this forum about them.

Maybe I'm too cynical as this will seed future discussions about how much the felt sucks, how much the fold sucks, how wobbly they are, upgrading with a topper, changing the cup holders etc.

At over $500 CAD with tax they are not exactly cheap unless you are one of the salivating vultures trying to pick one up for $99.

I get that not everybody is DIY or has space for tools etc but is it really that hard to find an actual man with a jigsaw to cut a piece of plywood for you? With the money you save you could get one of those really nice Chan felts and even put your tacky motorcycle or sports themes on it. How great would that be?

Who said all Canadians are nice?

I could not build one in my garage cheaper than Costco sold them, even with all the tools and prior experience building poker tables. The fact that it folds, and has the table tensioning system for the legs makes it even more of a super deal.

Canadiens may not be all that nice but they sure do know how to make new friends.

With the understanding that these don't meet everyone on the forum's high quality standards, these are on sale at Costco online for $200 shipped until March 6th.
I think we were told we just weren’t REAL men for buying this table instead of building it with our man hands. We should probably be out hunting for our meals too instead of shopping at Costco.

Has anyone drilled out the cup holders on these Costco tables yet?
I am about to and I am wondering if my 3 5/8” hole saw’s 1.5” depth is enough or do I need more depth?

So I guess I need to move the electrical over for this spot

The poles are very close to my pilot holes on 4 of the spots but I am just planning on going slowly or moving over an 1/8”
