Best Playing Cards (4 Viewers)

They've got 2 plastic poker size decks. One with 4 regular index and one is mini index.
No 2 index (J/R) !
And a single/double deck bridge size plastics.

But tons of paper card decks. All sort of cards - huge stock. And a custom service (paper only).

Have you seen any poker size plastic jumbo 2 index?
On the left are Piatnik Bridge/Jumbo cards. Very hard to find nowadays unfortunately…

I have not looked for poker size in a long time. I think I may have one setup of Poker Jumbo Index cards. I use Bridge Jumbo and I think I have like 6 or 7 setups so I should be good for a while.

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but does anyone know where I can get a single or double deck of KEM bridge size, regular index, circle pattern playing cards? Im not familiar with the actual name of the design on the back, but the one used in most casinos like Bellagio, Wynn, Aria, etc.

They are casino only. You only see used ones on sale and those are usually old and warped.

Yeah, I assumed they were casino only because I havent seen them anywhere else. Do you know who/where I can reach out to to buy used sets?
Once you have access to the classifieds (I think after 10 posts) you can always post a wanted ad there. Other than that just keeping an eye on classifieds, auction sites, etc may be your best bet.

I’ve seen some floating around here from time to time, but as mentioned above the used ones get pretty bad as the years go on.

There was a place out of Vegas that used to sell them. I bought a few setups about 20 years ago and they were all in ridiculously bad shape. I live Kems but you need to store them right. I will never buy them used unseen.

If you don't mind ordering from Europe, then the Modiano Platinum Acetates are to me, objectively the best plastic cards.

If you are willing to pay the price, the Kem Arrows are also Acetate and are top tier cards (the question of whether it's worth the money is subjective).

If you want to factor in price, then I feel the Desjgn decks are the best combination of feel, durability and value.

After that, I would say that Copags and Faded Spade are your next best bets, considering price.

People will tell you Fourniers and the European Copags are the best and I will agree they are top tier, better than the Copags and Faded Spade you can get in the US. The catch is you have to be willing to buy them on eBay from Europe.

This dealer is reliable and has an amazing selection. https://www.ebay.com/str/giftstoreshop4top

I agree, hence my caveat that a buyer would have to be willing to the seller's price plus shipping from Europe.

Do looked at the other European vendor selling Modianos, they were out of stock, of pretty much everything it seems.

Any leads on affordable Modianos and Fourniers?

I wonder if I can get them in Italy in bulk....

For Modiano check amazon.de
They sell 12 pieces Texas Poker for around 58€ plus shipping to US around 20€.

Already ordered from him and I can recommend this seller.

For Fournier check this thread: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/tip-for-buying-a-fournier.121145/

I have KEMs and Faded Spade.

I just had to buy a new set of Faded Spade because I made the mistake of taking my nice cards to a bachelor party and sure enough I came home and had 2 cards missing. Everything was fine until we combined 3 decks to play blackjack...

I'm not a massive card expert but I might have to say KEM for feel.... probably Desjgn or Faded Spade 3.0 for looks plus "good enough" feel. Bicycle Prestige are too slippery for me. They've gone flying more than any other cards I've tried.

If I can build off this thread/topic a bit?

What are the best cards when considering the artwork/design of the cards? For example, I love playing with KEMs.... but I'm a sucker for the cool or unique designs. I know the Desjgn and Faded Spade I mentioned. Are there any others out there?

Recently picked up A** Altenburger (ha yes, the ** makes a bad word in English) Leinen cards. Love the German design and they're pretty nice but still paper. Would love something like these but in the high-quality feel of KEM.

For plastic cards Desjgn are absolutely gorgeous. Faded Spade are unique but I personally find them hideous. Also, the card stock is the stiffest I know of and the fake it until you hopefully make it paid product placement marketing is a turn off.

I like the thickness of Fourniers EPTPoker size. They deal really nicely. I also rather like Jason's Broken Arrow cards as well.
The cards that I'm not liking due to being too thin is the Modiano cards.
I also play with the Copag, but Fournier EPT has been my go to lately.

Fourniers from 2012 WSOP are the best cards I ever handled...
Not for everyone as they bridge size, standard index
